All missing bodies recovered from Bulathkohupitiya landslide recovered

Army Media Spokesperson Brigadier Jayanath Jayaweera has said all missing bodies from the Bulathkohupitiya landslide have been recovered.

Speaking to NewsRadio, the Brigadier said they were able to recover the bodies of 14 persons and the body parts of two others.

Meanwhile, the Army Media Spokesperson said search operations will continue today as well in the Aranayake landslide area.

He added that 141 persons were still reported as missing in the Aranayake area.
