From 2012 to 2014, this company had imported ethanol on the guise of importing perfumes and colognes, and used CWE vehicles and drivers for the transport of the ethanol.

During that period, Johnston Fernando was the subject minister for the CWE, and his son is said to be the owner of this company.

Wayamba Distilleries is reportedly owned by Fernando.
