Speaking, Wildlife minister Gamini Jayawickrmema Perera said that the crocodiles in the waters of the Diyawannawa around the Parliament premises would be caught after the training.
The team has begun training wildlife officials from yesterday (21) in the Angammedilla area and will continue in the Yala area and in the Nilwala river in Matara.
The increasing number of crocodile attack victims during recent times has led to the training initiative.
