Cabinet reshuffle on the cards?

Cabinet reshuffle on the cards? Featured

The government has decided to reshuffle its Cabinet of ministers in the next 2-3 months, with several prominent ministers set to lose their ministerial portfolios, reports say.

It is said that the President and the Prime minister have received complaints (some from within the Cabinet itself) on the conduct of several ministers which are detrimental to the policies of Good Governance government.

A cabinet reshuffle has been decided on as such individuals continuing as ministers could harm the existence and the stability of the government.

Also, one cabinet minister, one state minister and one deputy minister are to be added to the already 92-strong cabinet.

This measure is said to back the decision that there should be 95-strong cabinet when setting up a national government.
