Yash Raj Films' youth section Y Films, which had launched the band in collaboration with singer Sonu Nigam in January, shared the video on Twitter on Monday.
The clip begins with SRK thanking the six singers, who in turn offered to sing for him.
Once they clapped and sang in chorus, it was difficult for the 50-year-old actor to hold back and not join in the fun.
Curated by music director Shameer Tandon, 6-Pack Band have composed and sung original numbers, including their own rendition of Pharrell Williams' Happy.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh, who was last seen in 2015's Dilwale, will also star in Raees, which may or may not clash with Salman Khan's Sultan on Eid 2016. Fan, which stars SRK in dual roles, releases on April 15.
