'Supiri Delakshapathi, new revival among Lottery consumers' Featured

The new lottery of the National Lotteries Board (NLB) - Supiri Delakshapathi has brought about a new revival among Lottery consumers, says Chairperson of the National Lotteries Board - Shirmila Perera.

Speaking to 'Sri Lanka Mirror', she also said that the most recent draw of the Colombo Airport Super Draw as well as the lottery - NLB Dollar Fortune were also very promising.

Noting that the expected income of the NLB is Rs. 20 billion, she said that last year's income of the NLB was increased by Rs. 2.5 billion from that of the year before.

The income of 2015 and 2014 were Rs. 17 billion and Rs. 15 billion respectively, she added.

The top winner of the Colombo Airport Super Draw will walk away with a brand new Mercedes Benz while the top winner of the NLB Dollar Fortune will get a cash prize of US$ 100,000.
