The record attempt packed quite a sting as one kilogram of bees contains about 10,000 insects, reported the Chinese language China News Service.

Which means that the beekeeper, Gao Bingguo, let more than one million bees land on his half naked body.

According to Chinese media, Gao succeeded in setting a new world record for wearing the "heaviest mantle of bees".

The previous record was 85.5 kg and it was also held by Gao aka The Bee King of Tai'an.
