Couple shares first kiss ever on their wedding day

Couple shares first kiss ever on their wedding day Featured

You just don’t hear stories like this anymore.

Maggie and her fiancé Andrew waited until marriage to have their first kiss ever.

Around 3 percent, or 1 in 30, Americans remain abstinent today. Although things haven’t changed too much, in the 1950s that number was 11 percent.

According to WaitingTilMarriage.org, “Three percent of the US population may seem like a small number, but that represents nearly 10,000,000 successful waiters-till-marriage. That’s ten million people (alive right now in the US alone) who waited.”

Regardless of what your beliefs tell you or the choices that you have made in your own life, two people sticking to what they believe and following through on those beliefs is a beautiful thing.

I hope this couple’s love lasts as long as Pat and Gene’s, who were married for 69 years until they left this earth together.

Not to mention, Maggie and Andrew had a tearjerking ceremony that only illuminated how much the pair are clearly in love.

“I want you to know something, this couple has chosen to honor God. I don’t know if you know but this is their first ever kiss. Ever!” The officiator said.

“They spent the last four and a half years not kissing because they wanted to honor God,” he continued.

Maggie and Andrew exchange their vows and there isn’t a dry eye in the ceremony.
