A glamorous gran has proved age is no barrier to beauty after appearing in Vogue - aged 100!

Ditching traditional woollen cardies and long skirts, Bo Gilbert dons a silk wrap and white trousers in the latest advert for Harvey Nicholls.

Dressed head to toe in the latest designer labels, Bo is clearly a natural in front of the camera.

In the shoot, she wears bespoke Valentino glasses, a stunning hot pink coat from Dries Van Noten, a Victoria Beckham top, a Lanvin necklace and tailored trousers by The Row.

The fashionista, who lives in Alcester , doesn’t even leave the house without her make up and high heels on.

She has always kept a keen eye on the fashions of the day, with her favourites styles from the 1950s.

Bo, real name Marjorie, who lives in a supportive housing facility , said: “I have always loved the different fashions.

Bo worked at a cardboard box factory in Birmingham for 47 years, keeping the business thriving during the Second World War and went onto become the company’s director.

She met her husband Dennis at a dance and they had one daughter named Stephanie who sadly died in 1990.

Bo graces the pages of this month’s famous fashion magazine as both she and the glossy mag share their 100th birthday this year.
