Panama Papers :Parties working on financial crimes should intervene

The Anti-Corruption Front says that charges including money laundering have been revealed to involve three companies and 22 stakeholders in Sri Lanka.

In a statement, Advisor to the Anti-Corruption Front, Rajith Keerthi Tennakoon says they believe a lot of information will be unveiled by the 'Panama Papers' on offshore bank accounts of Sri Lankan politicians as well as that of their families and affiliates.

He adds that all parties working on financial crimes in the country should scientifically intervene in this matter.
