The Additional Magistrate had taken up a case filed by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption against the three on charges of having incurred a loss Rs.65 million by recruiting 319 employees for the SLPA in Galle and Trincomalee.

The Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris noticed the three officials to be present in Court on May 27 when the matter would be taken up for inquiry.
