This follows disregard shown by the Department of Motor Traffic to a request by the AG’s Department for the files.

The AG has received information that Prado vehicles had been registered by categorizing them as tractors.

Thirty one of the misplaced files had been handed over after two months to the AG.

The Department of Motor Traffic says the files in question have been destroyed in a water leakage while being kept in a container at its Werahera office.
