When the case was taken up today, Senior State Counsel Dilan Rathnayake requested for another two months' time to conclude investigations.

He added that although the CCTV footage was probed into, it had not added much to the progress of the investigations.

The Magistrate called to produce a progress report on the case, when the case is to be taken up again on May 12.
