The six-day event under the theme ‘future has begun’ will be opened by minister Sagala Ratnayake and deputy minister Wasantha Aluvihare.
Around 4,900 youth club members as well as 100 foreign youths will take part, said Weliange.
The ‘Yovun Puraya’ youth camp, to be held after a lapse of 27 years, will open at the Sigiriya Air Force camp on March 30, said chairman of the National Youth Services Council Eranda Weliange.
