Former UPFA parliamentarian Duminda Silva has pleaded guilty on charges of non-declaration of assets in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and informed his consent in closing the 3 cases within a short period.
Attorney-at-law Anuja Premaratne standing on behalf of Duminda Silva has informed Colombo Chief Magistrate Gihan Pilapitiya today (11) that Silva is accepting the charges in order to close the case soon.
Accordingly,the case was postponed to 18th April.
