President Maithripala Sirisena, who returned today (21) after his tour to Germany and Austria, has called for a special Cabinet meeting on Tuesday.

Last week's cabinet meeting did not take place due to the President's absence.

The special cabinet meeting will take place instead of the cabinet meeting scheduled for Wednesday.

Party leaders' meeting
Meanwhile, it is said that Speaker - Karu Jayasuriya has also convened a Party leaders' meeting on Tuesday at the Parliament complex.
