Meanwhile, the state owned 'Daily News' says that the Ministry of Health has launched a fresh investigation yesterday(20) into the kidney transplant racket operated from India.

The publication cited Secretary to the Ministry of Health Anura Jayawickrama as to saying that the Department of Medical Services in the ministry has been instructed to conduct a full investigation on the matter and submit a report.
