The plan is to be implemented and all prisoners who maintain good behavior during their imprisonment will be qualified, Commissioner General of Prisons - Nishantha Dhanasinghe says.

According to the Commissioner General, a prisoner will get 5 days in the first chance, 10 days in the second chance and 14 days in the third chance.
