The Combined Association of Unemployed Graduates say that although it has been a year since the new government was elected to power, around 20,000 graduates still remain unemployed.

Convener of the collective, Dhammika Munasinghe says that they have decided to hold a protest demonstration until these 20,000 individuals are employed.

The demonstrations will be held as follows :

Jan. 09 - In front of Torrington square
Jan. 11 - In front of the Colombo Chief minister's office
Jan. 20 - In front of the Matara bus stand
