The event, planned by the 'National Movement to protect War Heroes',will commence at 9.00am before the Kottawa Bo Tree, intends to invoke blessings on the detained and to urge the government to grant them bail.

The movement urges public to join them tomorrow morning.

The Ekneligoda case is to be taken up before the Homagama Magistrate Court on Dec. 30.
