The movement to find missing persons organized the event, which began with a march from the town’s bus stand and culminated at Vairapuliyankulam.

Later, they staged a meeting, where speakers demanded the government gave answers to questions with regard to missing persons.

Representatives of political parties and community organizations also participated.
