Former Deputy Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission’s (SEC) - Dhammika Manjira Perera and an one Ronnie Ibraham who were arrested by the FCID yesterday (04) have been remanded till December 07.
They were arrested over an alleged misuse of funds at the SEC and were subsequently produced before the Fort Magistrate court.
Meanwhile, former SEC Chairman - Nalaka Godahewa has been summoned to the Financial Crime Investigation Division (FCID) today.
