The particular group of journalists have arranged an Air India domestic flight to travel from Bhopla to Delhi which was scheduled to leave Bhopal yesterday (01) at 1.15 pm local time (India) .

However the Air India (AI834) flight has arrived in Bhopal at around 6.05 pm.

The SriLankan Airlines flight which the journalists were to board to return to Sri Lanka was scheduled to depart Delhi at 6.15 pm.

Due to the delay of the domestic flight they have not been able to board the SriLankan Airlines plane on time.

According to reports from Delhi, even though the journalists have informed the Air India authorities regarding the particular situation no relief has been provided to them.
