He was summoned before the commission yesterday as well over the allegations which cites that Mr. Rajapaksa owes the ITN over Rs. 100 million in return for broadcasting his campaign adverts during the presidential election.

However, secretary of the commission, Lacille de Silva says that Mr. Rajapaksa did not arrive before the commission yesterday but had sent his lawyers instead.
