The summons were issued after Mrs. Chithrangani Wijeweera filed a case over the unauthorised printing of 07 books written by her late husband and JVP founder - Rohana Wijeweera.

Earlier, Mrs. Wijeweera had claimed that the JVP had turned a blind eye on them as she and her children languished at the quarters of the Welisara Navy camp.

She had added that she had no faith on the JVP.

Mrs. Wijeweera had also levelled criticism against the present JVP leader - Anura Kumara Dissnayake and the Secretary - Tilvyn Silva, alleging that the party had collected money after citing that they were taking care of her and her children.
