Speaking to 'Sri Lanka Mirror', Attorney-At-Law Thushara Daskon said that the complaint was filed under several counts including Dunesh being subjected to physical following his arrest, forcefully obtaining a statement from him, the conduct of the police media spokesman and the creating a social problem for Dunesh through this incident.
Dunesh Priyashantha alias 'Kondaya' today (26) lodged a complaint with the Police Commission on the intervention of Attorneys-At-Law Udul Premaratne, Thushara Daskon and Senaka Perera.
