3 including Wele Suda's sister nabbed with drugs

Three persons including the sister of drug kingpin Samantha Kumara alias ‘Wele Suda’ has been arrested for possessing more than 100g of heroin amounting to Rs 1.7 million.

Police said that the suspects were arrested at three different locations in Borella last evening with different quantities of heroin.

In total 111g and 540mg of heroin was seized from the three suspects.

Last Wednesday (14), the Colombo High Court sentenced Wele Suda to death after he was convicted for the possession of 7.05 grams of heroin.
