The loan will be obtained from the World Bank, IMF and the ADB at two per cent interest with a 40 year repayment period, said finance minister Ravi Karunanayake.

The agreement came at the annual meeting of the WB at Lima, Peru, he said, adding that the loan has no conditions attached.
