Navin Dissanayake, who was in charge of the ministry under the 100-day programme, had used only three ministry-owned vehicles.

When inquired, sports ministry secretary Dr. D.M.R.B. Dissanayake said he could not say if too many or too fewer vehicles had been given, but that anyone can use any number of vehicles given.
