The channel is accused of disregarding around 50 tele dramas on the waiting list and allowing the telecast of a tele drama directed by its directors.
Speaking to Sri Lanka Mirror, Ratnasiri said however, their channel gave priority to news and other current affairs programmes, over tele dramas.
However, reports reaching SLM say ITN staff directors get their businessmen friends to produce the tele dramas.
They also get between Rs. 15,000 and Rs. 20,000 per episode from the producers, in addition to the salary, overtime and other payments made by ITN.
Ratnasiri said a panel approved the copies of tele dramas directed by their staffers.
