He was speaking to the media at his JHU office in Battaramulla today (24) with regard to the UNHRC report on Sri Lanka.

He said the law on war crime has come into force after the Second World War.

As per the promise given by the previous Mahinda Rajapaksa regime, Sri Lanka had submitted reports in the like of the LLRC report, he said.
