Avante Garde inquiry terminated

Colombo Additional Magistrate Nishantha Peiris today (07) terminated the magisterial inquiry into the Avant Garde’s floating armory.

The Colombo Additional Magistrate made the above ruling after the CID informed court that it would not proceed with the case under the instructions of the Attorney-General.

Meanwhile the Additional Magistrate also revoked the travel ban imposed on Avant Garde Chairman Nissanka Senadhipathi.
