Preventing child abuse is a very complex and difficult task, she says, noting that enforcement of the law and focusing on health, education and social services are required.

All stakeholders in society should get together to protect children against all forms of abuse, she says.

In order for that, a societal change is imperative, she says, adding that all stakeholders should accept responsibility in that task.
