Leader of the Mahajana Eksath Peramuna - Dinesh Gunewardena today (26) sought legal redress before the Supreme court, with regard to the National List of the UPFA, reports say.
The case filed on this regard cites that UPFA National List has been named without seeking the opinion of the party CC.
The MEP is a stakeholder of the UPFA and the case further notes that MEP candidates were caused injustice after a group of defeated individuals were named.
