This comes as former general secretary of the UPFA Susil Premajayantha expresses his regrets over the non-appointment of indispensable representatives of the affiliate parties to the list.

In a statement, he notes 95 seats were won as an alliance, but stresses the court ruling issued two days prior to the polls has to be respected.
