Kiriella leads in Kandy, SB is out

In Kandy district, UNP’s Lakshman Kiriella has gained the highest number of preferential votes – 199,046 votes.

Mayantha Dissanayake and Rauff Hakeem have collected 111,190 votes and 102,186 votes respectively.

For the UPFA, Lohan Ratwatte leads with 129,750 votes, followed by Mahindananda Aluthgamage (123,393 votes) and Dilum Amunugama (104,469 votes).

Ex-minister S.B. Dissanayake has failed to get elected.
