President Maithripala Sirisena has formally informed his predecessor - Mahinda Rajapaksa that the Premiership will not be granted to the latter even if the UPFA wins the upcoming General election.
Instead, another SLFP senior would be made Prime minister if the UPFA wins, the President has said.
Also, the President has remarked that it was former minister Basil Rajapaksa who created the prevailing chaos within the SLFP.
