General Secretary of the organization Saman Jayasekara speaking to 'Sri Lanka Mirror' stated that the medical practitioners attached to Nursing, PSM and Paramedics Services at Colombo General Hospital are to commence the strike tomorrow at 8.00 am and the rest are to join the trade union action on 30th July at 8.00 am.
Joint Council of Professions Supplementary to Medicine (PSM) has announced that the medical practitioners attached to Nursing, PSM and Paramedics Services in private and government hospitals located in Colombo district will engage in a strike on 29, 30 July based on five service demands.
