An Indian businessman K.V. Gopiraj has lodged the complaint against Aksha, who has filed anticipatory bail.

In her application, she says she has had a love affair with Gopiraj, a married man, who had promised to marry her, on which promise she has had a sexual relationship too.

At his invitation, she has spent a vacation in Dubai in November 2014 along with a cousin sister, with all expenses paid by him.
