DEW, media violated Parliamentary Privileges Act

Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe today said former Chairman of the Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) D. E. W. Gunasekera and certain media have violated section 22 of the Parliament (Powers and Privileges) Act.

He has said
this in a letter addressed to Secretary General of Parliament Dammika Dasanayake, with regard to the Committee on Public Enterprises (COPE) inquiry into the Central Bank Bond Issue.
