He further stated that when granting employment even the 2013/2014 circular has been violated and the officials have ignored the recruited graduates.
'There are 110,000 graduates employed in public service since 2005.
They have been employed as clerks, office assistants or labourers.
Though we have continuously pointed this out during discussions we still have not received a proper response.
That is why we decided to complain to the Human Rights Commission ' he added.
