The 2014 postal voting lists would be displayed in this manner and these lists would be displayed in all district secretariats and several state institutions during office hours.

The lists would be available at the ministries of state administration, Labour and Fisheries as well as in government offices such as the Urban Development Authority, Post Offices, Registrar General's Department and Grama Niladhari offices.

The period for receiving of applications from those entitled to vote by post ends on July 14 and applications can be obtained for free from the above mentioned government institutions.
