The government has decided to call for an adjournment debate on Tuesday with regard to the 20th Amendment, reports say.

Accordingly, Prime minister Ranil Wickremesinghe has called for a party leaders' meeting to discuss amending the Parliament's agenda for next week.

This special party leaders' meeting, chaired by Speaker Chamal Rajapaksa is to be held on Monday (22) morning.
