General Secretary of Bodu Bala Sena (BBS) Venerable GalabodaAththe Gnanasara Thera has missed court hearing as the Thero had to attend a Buddhist preaching conducted for Vesak at Japan, said the Chief Executive Officer of BBS Dilantha Vithanage.

Colombo Chief Magistrate - Gihan Pilapitiya today (08) issued a warrant to arrest General Secretary of the Bodu Bala Sena - Ven. GalabodaAththe Gnanasara Thera.

Speaking with regard to the matter, he further stated that though all preparations were for the Thero to return to Sri Lanka by 8 May it has been avoided due to a certain reason.

However, he will attend the next court proceeding, he added.
