They have submitted a letter in this regard to the district secretary.
These people fled their homes following the outbreak of war in their area in 1992, leaving behind everything they owned, their livelihood etc.
Of the 314 families, a few have received houses at Iranamata, but they are unable to earn a living.
As they are mostly fishermen, these people want to resettle in their own village in order to engage in their chosen livelihood.
