Upon inquiry Udeni Alwis confirmed the information, however, refrained from further commenting on the matter.

Udeni has been informed of his removal few weeks before the shooting of the film started.

Who is Udeni?

Udeni Alwis has initiated his career as a still photographer in the film 'Ayoma' directed by Parakrama Niriella in 1991.

So far he has contributed to 13 films and over 25 teledramas as the still photographer.

He has also held an exhibition titled "Bhumika Ru" in 1985 from the photographs taken on stage.
