CPC to stop fuel supplies to SriLankan and Mihin

Ceylon Petroleum Corporation (CPC) has decided to suspend the supplying of fuel to Srilankan Airlines and Mihin Lanka Airlines after April 15.

The CPC has said the suspension will be in place unless 50% of the amount of Rs. 15 billion due to the Corporation is paid by the airlines.

The CPC has stated that the airlines have already been informed to pay the dues. According to reports, Srilankan Airlines owes Rs. 13.5 billion and Mihin Lanka owes Rs. 1.5 billion to the Corporation.
