The LoD sent by Sanjay Fonseka says, “My client instructs me that the statements made by you are totally defamatory and/or defamatory per se and/or defamatory by innuendo of my client's reputation and are based on false, inaccurate and unclarified facts with malicious and malevolent intent to tarnish my client's unblemished reputation.”
