SLFP to initiate disciplinary action

SLFP Treasurer, Minister S.B. Navinna says that party members who have violated a directive by the SLFP will have to face a disciplinary action against them.

The SLFP announced that the party will not participate in a rally organized by a group of pro-Rajapaksa members in the UPFA. However, several SLFPers participated in yesterday's rally in Ratnapura.

Navinna has told the media that the SLFP is attempting to strengthen the party and leading it towards an election victory.
Therefore, members of the party must adhere to party decisions, he has added.
