Thajudeen was found dead in his car, which had been gutted after it crashed onto a wall in Kirulapone.
However, investigations have now established that Thajudeen's death was not accidental.
In contrast with the government analyst’s report, the post-mortem examination has determined that considerable amounts of carbon dioxide had been in his body.
After a delay of 2 1/2 years since the incident, the government analyst’s report into the death was submitted only in February 12, but it has contained no conclusion.
